Description
BLUE MOON SHINER Worm Harness – Colorado Size 4
When walleye are locked onto natural forage, matching the local baitfish profile is the key to filling the livewell. The BLUE MOON SHINER worm harness is the ultimate “match-the-hatch” choice, meticulously designed to mimic a natural blue shiner minnow. Handcrafted for professional tournament anglers, this premium crawler rig combines lifelike realism with rugged components to trigger stubborn fish in clear, pressured, or highly selective northern waters. It is a proven, hot-producing lure for Canada walleye trips and local reservoirs alike.
Photorealistic Natural Presentation
The centerpiece of this harness is a deep-cup size 4 Colorado blade featuring a ultra-realistic blue shiner pattern on the front, complete with intricate scale textures, iridescent hues, and a highly visible baitfish strike eye. The back of the blade is finished in a clean, solid matte white painted back to provide a subtle, flashing contrast as it rotates through the water column. To seamlessly complement the baitfish profile, the rig is built with an elegant, graduated bead stack featuring soft pale sage-green and milky-white beads accented by premium metallic coiled spacers.
Built to Handle Heavy Abuse
Every component on this spinner rig is selected for tournament-grade reliability, ensuring a dependable presentation that performs consistently run after run:
-
- Premium Leader Line: Tied on a 5-foot long leader using 17 lb. test Seaguar INVIZX fluorocarbon line. This high-end line delivers maximum invisibility in clear water while offering excellent abrasion resistance against teeth and structure.
- Sticky-Sharp Hooks: Rigged with two premium size #2 red Octopus hooks spaced precisely 3 1/2 inches apart, perfect for pinning nightcrawlers straight and converting short strikes into solid hooksets.
- Heavy-Duty Hardware: Anchored with a size #6, 70 lb. test black crane swivel to completely eliminate line twist during long trolling sessions.
Upgrade your trolling strategy with a natural presentation that wary walleyes simply can’t resist. Add the BLUE MOON SHINER to your tackle arsenal today and feel the difference on your next time out on the water!
