Description
JUST A SCRATCH Crawler Harness – Colorado Size 4 (Deep Cup)
Maximize your trolling presentation and target finicky walleye with the tournament-ready JUST A SCRATCH Crawler Harness. This premium deep cup worm harness is engineered specifically for situations requiring a dark, high-contrast profile, utilizing a unique dual-sided color scheme, subtle metallic flash, and high-performance hardware designed to trigger aggressive strikes from fish turning away from overly bright presentations.
Dark Contrast Optics & Premium Blade Presentation
- Deep Cup Colorado Blade: Built around a size 4 deep cup Colorado spinner blade engineered to maximize water displacement. The specialized cup shape generates a heavy, deep-thumping vibration profile that walleye easily detect and track through their lateral lines. Both the front and back faces feature a matching pattern of a distinctive, shimmering purplish-pink scratch running horizontally down the center of a sleek, shiny black background.
- Premium Wedding Ring Bead: Enhanced with a single inline gold wedding ring bead embedded with clear, high-reflection rhinestones. This premium accent delivers a subtle, concentrated multi-angle metallic flash to catch the eye of trailing gamefish without overpowering the darker presentation.
- Custom Color-Matched Bead Sequence: Features a carefully curated inline bead stack designed to perfectly balance the blade’s stealthy color profile. The configuration includes solid black beads paired with faceted translucent pink beads flanking the gold wedding ring, providing a sharp tracking line directly to the business end of the rig.
Tournament-Ready Heavy Duty Hardware
-
- Stealth Fluorocarbon Leader: Rigged on a 5-foot long leader made of premium 20-lb. test Seaguar INVIZX fluorocarbon line, delivering absolute underwater near-invisibility combined with superior abrasion resistance against rough structure, reef edges, and toothy fish.
- Double Octopus Hook Trolling Rig: Equipped with two razor-sharp, size #2 red Octopus hooks spaced exactly 3 1/2 inches apart. This precise configuration holds live night crawlers perfectly straight to eliminate bait sag and maximize hook-up ratios on short-striking walleye.
- Heavy-Duty Crane Swivel: Tied off with a premium 50-lb. test size #7 black crane swivel engineered to completely eliminate line twist during fast trolling speeds or long distance runs.
Optimized Trolling Performance
Whether targeting clear-water structures, trolling shallow weed lines, or fishing under bright overhead conditions where a silhouette presentation dominates, the JUST A SCRATCH Crawler Harness offers the ultimate combination of deep vibration, dark color contrast, and subtle flash. While this size 4 version provides an excellent all-around presentation, a larger size 6 companion rig named THE BIG HURT is also available when a maximum profile is required. Add this high-performance crawler harness to your trolling rotation today to upgrade your presentation on your next outing.
